Can you work with copy imagery?

A clone of the master exhibit should always be requested and made available if in existence.  If copy material is all that is available we can work with it, however, the report will reflect this.

What images should I provide of the recovered object?

If an item has been recovered, we ask for good quality images covering every aspect. If there are any special requirements the analyst will discuss this with you once they have completed their initial analysis of the incident imagery.

What are your standard turnarounds?

We normally anticipate completion within 21 working days of receipt of all original material. However, please contact us to discuss your needs should you require an urgent turnaround.

What type of product will I receive?

A Section 9 Statement together with a digital presentation of annotated relevant stills taken from the moving footage.
